Merriam Webster 30-Day Word Challenge
Day 1; A word that makes you happy
A friend of mine introduced this challenge to me on the 2nd day of this year. Though the challenge was introduced last year, he thought it could be fun for us to try it out now while the year was still fresh.
One problem.
I am usually the kind of person who starts challenges like this and don’t see it through. When a challenge starts getting boring or difficult I usually stop doing it and move on to something else.
But this time, I’m hoping to see it through. And use this platform to be able to explain the words I choose for each daily question I answer.
Day 1; A word that makes you happy
One word that comes to mind is “Food”.
I love food. A lot.
Food is my love language.
If you want to make me the happiest person on the planet, then bring me food.
And to show how much I appreciate you, I will eat the food that you brought for me.
